We know waiting for a package is the hardest part — here's what to expect.

Shipping cost: Free shipping on every order, no minimum required.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Delivery time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-20 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

We carefully check every order before it ships, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right.

Eligible for refund/replacement:

• Item arrived damaged or defective
• Wrong item received
• Item significantly not as described

Not eligible:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered (please check our size guide before ordering)
• Item no longer wanted

How it works: Email us at [hello@mycozier.com] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll review and send a replacement or full refund — no need to ship anything back.

Refunds: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
